Pumpkin Spice Martini

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Home Made Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 1 Heaping Tablespoon Pumpkin Puree

In a Shaker filled with ice add vodka, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice syrup. Shake well. Strain into martini glass and top with whipped cream.

 

Pumpkin Spice Syrup:

Bring pot of water to a boil and add equal parts sugar. Mix in .5 Ounces of Pumpkin Spice Extract. Let cool completely and store in refrigerator in an air tight container for up to two weeks. 

**Note: You can play around with adding other spices to your syrup like cinnamon & nutmeg to make your syrup more personalized to your taste.
