Sage Sanctuary

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 2 oz Sage-Honey Syrup
  • English Black Tea Bag
  • Garnish Lemon and Sage Leaf

To Make Sage-Honey Syrup:

Bring Honey to a fast boil and add 5-10 Sage leaves. Turn off heat and let cool to remove sage leaves. Store in mason jar for up to three weeks.
