Sage Sanctuary

  • 2 oz Eight Oaks Gin
  • 2 oz Home Made Sage-Honey Syrup
  • English Black Tea Bag or Iced Black Tea
  • Garnish Lemon Wedge and Sage Leaf

Can be made hot or iced.

Sage-Honey Syrup:

Bring water to a boil, stir in equal parts honey. Turn off heat and add 10-15 Sage leaves depending on your taste. Let cool, strain and store in refrigerator in an air tight container for up to two weeks
