The Log Cabin

  • 2 oz Eight Oaks Authentic Applejack
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Home Made Rosemary - Honey Syrup
  • Local Apple Cider
  • Fresh Rosemary & Lemon

In a glass filled with ice add Applejack, fresh lemon juice, rosemary-honey syrup, and fill with local apple cider. Garnish with rosemary and a lemon wheel.

 

Rosemary - Honey Syrup:

Bring water to a boil. Stir in equal parts honey until dissolved. Remove from heat and add 5-15 sprigs fresh rosemary (depending on taste and size of batch). Let cool completely, strain & store in refrigerator in an air tight container for up to two weeks.
